Please note that YOURslipmatTM don’t own the rights of the designs/files you upload within this custom slipmat tool, and that we are not responsible for printing designs with certain copyright rights of third parties. By accepting the terms and agreements, you declare to be that you are the owner or the one responsible for the images/content in case of any copyright issues.

Refunds / Return shipments
To make sure our clients receive what they ordered, we have a free returning shipment policy. That means that in case you are not satisfied with the result, that you can return your order within 7 working days.
Of course this only applies to orders where the result is different from how you ordered it. We are humans too, and sometime humans make mistakes – that’s life. In any case we ensure that you receive what you deserve; a beautiful slipmat.
We’ll transfer the amount back to your bank account within 7 working days, including the costs you made for shipping back your order.
